Property Manager Required

Experienced Property Manager required to complement our very busy property management department.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record working with a portfolio of management clients.
This will involve having your own area, looking after the day to day running of tenancies, landlords and tenants.
Making sure the properties are legally compliant with all the appropriate safety regulations.
Also dealing with tenancy renewal, inspections, deposit disputes among many other things.

The current team are reliable, hardworking and friendly so we want to welcome someone to join us in completing this successful team.

Based in either our Hale or Didsbury office with hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
Remuneration and salary dependant on experience.
