They might spend the majority of their time on another job role, or be too busy to take viewings themselves. We carry out viewing appointments, as well as report back to you on the numbers, analysis and other feedback.
Step 4
Negotiations
A client will determine that yours is the right property for you. At this point, you need to decide if they are right for you. We can help you complete the due diligence, including credit checks. As lettings agents, we will generate all the key paperwork for you, helping you get through to the tenancy agreement stage.

Finalising
