Step 1
Choosing a Rental Property
Choose a property to rent from our massive range of houses and flats. We have a range of properties to suit any budget.
Step 2
Paperwork
Your landlords will need some paperwork to go ahead with the rental process. This often includes references, credit checks, identification and sometimes a guarantor.
Step 3
Tenancy agreements and deposits
A tenancy agreement contains all of the legal and contractual obligations that both tenants and landlords must stick to. You will need to pay a deposit once the tenancy is agreed. If there is anything you are unsure in the legal document, please make sure to contact a solicitor before signing.
Step 4
Moving into your new home
The landlord will have prepared an inventory for your new home. You’ll need to confirm the details and condition of the property. You’ll also need to find contents insurance.
