Step 1
Valuation with your estate agents
You first need to decide upon an asking price. The easiest way to do this is with a free valuation from Jordan Fishwick. We help you to determine the sort of asking price that you can realistically expect to receive from a potential buyer. We use our estate agents’ experience of the local market, as well as knowledge of the broader property market.
