Property Inspector/Manager

PROPERTY INSPECTOR /MANAGER – required for our busy property management department, based in Hale.

We are looking for someone to join are friendly team to carry out property inspections and property management duties. Working as part of our successful team, the individual will be responsible for attending our landlords managed properties and reporting on any maintenance issues or tenancy problems. Liaising closely with tenants and landlords, will require someone with great communications skills along with excellent organisational ability.

A full driving licence is all that we require as full training will be provided.

We are hoping to find someone who is professional in manner and articulate in communication and that enjoys contributing to a very successful and busy company.
